2. Categories of data

We may process identity and contact data (name, email, company), inquiry content, technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers), usage data (pages viewed), and cookie-related data as described in our Cookie Preferences page.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, operate the website, improve content, secure our systems, and—where you opt in—measure site performance. Legal bases include contract preparation, legitimate interests in operating a professional education business, and consent where required for non-essential cookies or marketing.

4. Retention

Contact form submissions are retained up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for active enrollment discussions. Technical logs rotate on a shorter schedule. Legal holds may extend retention where required.

5. Recipients and processors

We use infrastructure and email providers as processors under written terms. They may process data in Korea or other countries with appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where applicable.

6. International transfers

If data is transferred outside Korea, we assess recipient safeguards and document transfer mechanisms compatible with applicable Korean privacy requirements (PIPA) and any supplemental obligations.

7. Security measures

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures including access controls, transport encryption where supported, and vendor due diligence. No method is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents to hello@driftup-wavehub.one.

8. Your rights

Depending on eligibility, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or explanation regarding processing, and may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may lodge a complaint with the Korea Personal Information Protection Commission or other competent authority.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are directed to professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under fourteen without parental authority. If you believe we have, contact us for prompt deletion.

10. Policy updates

We revise this notice when practices change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, an on-site banner with a link to this page.

11. Additional notice for EU/UK visitors

If GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have additional rights including portability and objection. Lawful bases and retention are described above; representatives may be designated as required.
