Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund & Cancellation policy applies to paid training programs sold by Driftup Wavehub Studio when payment is arranged through our invoicing process. This website does not collect card payments; contractual terms on your invoice may add specifics.

2. Cooling-off (14 days)

Where the Framework Act on Consumers of the Republic of Korea grants a statutory withdrawal period for distance contracts, eligible consumers may withdraw within fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion without penalty, unless an exception applies because performance began with explicit prior consent.

3. Eligibility for refunds

If you withdraw within the statutory period and have not accessed downloadable materials marked non-returnable, you receive a full refund of tuition paid. Partial attendance may reduce refundable amounts consistent with law and the written enrollment agreement.

4. Non-refundable items

Non-refundable items may include third-party licensing fees already incurred, bespoke materials produced solely for your organization, or services fully performed with your express consent. Such items will be listed in your enrollment agreement when applicable.

5. How to request

Email hello@driftup-wavehub.one with your full name, program name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We may verify identity before processing.

6. Processing timeline and method

Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen business days using the original payment method where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternative traceable transfer.

7. Cancellations by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled sessions.

8. Exceptions and disputes

Statutory consumer rights cannot be waived. For disputes, we first seek good-faith resolution by email; where unresolved, competent courts or dispute bodies in Korea may apply as permitted by law.
