1. Agreement
By accessing driftup-wavehub.one and enrolling in or inquiring about programs operated by Driftup Wavehub Studio, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and do not submit personal data through our forms.
2. Services described
We provide professional education on e-commerce audience targeting, including courses, workshops, and related mentoring described on this site. Informational pricing is displayed for planning purposes only. No checkout or payment processing occurs on this website; enrollment steps are coordinated separately with our team.
3. Accounts and communications
When you contact us, you warrant that your details are accurate. You agree to receive operational responses related to your inquiry at the email address you supply. Marketing emails, if any, will follow the preferences and lawful bases described in our Data Protection notice.
4. Intellectual property
Course materials, templates, trademarks, and site content are owned by Driftup Wavehub Studio or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials solely for internal learning during active enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing is prohibited unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Acceptable use
You will not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that impair performance, upload malware, or misuse forms to send unsolicited bulk messages. You will not misrepresent affiliation with our studio or with partner organizations named for illustrative purposes.
6. Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Driftup Wavehub Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use, scheduling changes, or reliance on educational content. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to KRW 100,000 unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable consumer protections that may direct disputes elsewhere for eligible individuals.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted. We may suspend site access for violations. Provisions that should survive termination—including intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law—remain in effect.
